Your account
Keep your sign-in and API keys secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions taken by scripts and AI agents using your keys.
Your content
You own the boards, data and photos you put into JamBoards. You give us permission to store and display them only as needed to run the service for you.
Acceptable use
Do not use JamBoards to break the law, to show content you have no right to show, to point camera or Home Assistant connections at systems you do not control, or to probe or overload the service.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices are listed on the pricing page. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Availability
We work to keep JamBoards running, but the service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Third-party services you connect (calendars, Spotify, Home Assistant, cameras) can change or fail outside our control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to account owners.
